Thryallis (Galphimia gracilis)

Thryallis is a wonderful tropic shrub with light green foliage and year-round yellow flowers. It grows moderately fast up to 9 feet with a spread of 6 feet and requires very little maintenance making it a wonderful plant for borders in mass plantings or as beautiful accents in the landscape. It can be shaped into a more formal hedge or used as topiary or allowed to grow informally. The plant prefers full sun but can tolerate shade and is known for being deer proof as well.
