Eugenia (Eugenia myrtifolia)

This evergreen shrub has dense foliage with reddish-white autumn coloring. Some species of the Eugenia bear fruit and flowers. The Eugenia makes an excellent hedge with its smooth, shiny, aromatic leaves and does best in full sun. When aggressively pruned, this shrub can grow vigorously to 12 -15 feet.
