Copperleaf (Acalypha wilkesiana)

The Copperleaf, which is native to Fiji and nearby islands in the South pacific, is a popular outdoor plant that provides attractive color through the year as a hedge and shrub border. This shrub is an evergreen that has upright branches with long multi-colored leaves and it can grow to 10 feet tall with a 10 feet spread. The shrub prefers partial shade to sun and likes to be sheltered from strong winds.
